Covid-19 FAQ at Beech Hill

Beech Hill is closely monitoring the global health response to Coronavirus (COVID –19) and guidance provided from the World Health Organization and the UK and Irish governments, We are following the guidelines from these agencies as well as those provided by the local authority.

To help we have put together some of our most 'Frequently Asked Questions' to assist any queries our guests may have in the meantime.

Is Beech Hill Country House Open? No, at the moment Beech Hill is closed.

When will Beech Hill re-open? We will re-open when it is declared safe to do so by the Government. We do hope to re-open at the start of August 2020.

Is Beech Hill still serving food? No, all the food outlets at Beech Hill remain closed, for both sit in or delivery at the moment. 

What is the best way to contact Beech Hill at this time? Our emails our monitored daily - please email info@beech-hill.com for any queries you may have and we will get back to you very soon.

Can I still make a booking online? Yes absolutely, you can still make a booking online for future dates. You will not be able to make a booking for a date we are closed however, at the moment our rooms are available to reserve from the start of August 2020 onwards.

Can I cancel my booking I made on Booking.com / Expedia or any other third party website?  Guests who have booked via online travel agents or third party websites are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies and for assistance.

Can I get my Beech Hill voucher extended? Please contact us on info@beech-hill.com to request an extension of your voucher.

Cancellation policy 

For guests who have booked a pre-pay rate and are due to stay between 15th March and 31st December 2020, you will have the option to amend your booking from 6 months of your planned arrival date. Please contact the hotel reservation team and they will help you amend your booking. 

For bookings made through a travel agent or online booking platform (e.g Booking.com, Expedia) please contact them directly, we will honour the same cancellation policy, as above, for pre-paid rates via them as well.  If you are able to claim your hotel stay via your travel insurance, please let us know and we will arrange for any documents you require to be sent to you.
 

For individual reservations booked into a pre-existing group block ie weddings please refer to cancellation terms quoted at the time of reservation. If you would like to book with us for a future date, we have very flexible terms and conditions on our best available rates and packages; bookings may be cancelled one day prior to your arrival date, without any fees being incurred. If you have booked a flexible rate and would like to change your arrival date, please contact the reservations team or your preferred booking partner who can amend your booking for you.
