Country living at its best, here at the Beech Hill we walk the walk with our produce.

Its not just a carrot, Robert our Gardener planted it in late Winter, took care of it with love and a few prays, fought off several massive rabbits in the spring before the big day.

Tears were shed before taking the carrot out of the ground and handing it over to Chef Leigh. This day was written it the stars, with a sprinkle of magic in the kitchen that evening the carrot was the head line act for your enjoyment
