Introducing BobPeaker, Beech Hill’s talented gardener who has restored one of the oldestwalled gardens in the country & brought it back to life – it now supplies thekitchen at Beech Hill with home grown vegetables, fruits and herbs just like itwould have done 200 years ago!

Bob welcomes tocome see first-hand the journey of our produce from the plant to your plate, gainsome tips into the gardening process, how we incorporate each item into ourmenu & why they taste so good!

For years thewalled garden lay idle and overgrown until the discovery of an old cook bookfrom Mrs. Skipton, a previous owner was discovered and inspired the team tostart farming the walled gardens again and to embrace Mrs Skipton’s cookingconcepts in our kitchen today.

Our kitchen teamdesign all our dishes around what is harvested from the garden coupled with thebest of local meat, fish & game to give the most authentic Irish diningexperience to both Ardmore Restaurant and Sixteen22 Gastro Pub.

Country living atits best, Beech Hill proudly walk the walk with their produce
