Home-Made Chocolate Truffles

    Place a large bowl in a saucepan of simmering water.

    Melt the chocolate and butter together, stirring continually.
  • 3
    Remove from the heat and stir in the cream.
  • 4
    Pour the mix into a deep tray and chill it in the fridge until set.
  • 5
    When set, scoop out balls of the chocolate mix using a melon-baller. Then coat them in either coco powder or shredded coconut.

  • 90 g of butter
  • 100 ml of double cream
